Your lawn mower is ready to mow again as soon as you need it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I need to use my mower more this year is that OK?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yes &#8211; Can you provide this service?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No not at this time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My lawn mower does not work. &nbsp;Can I still get it winterized?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will not service any lawn mower that does not start, unless specifically requested by the owner.&nbsp; In that case, we cannot take responsibility for the lawn mower\u2019s functionality.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I have an old lawn mower that I do not need.&nbsp; Can I donate it to the team?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No, we cannot accept it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the deadline for requesting a pickup?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will only be accepting the first 100 mowers due to space and personnel limitations. Please fill out the pickup form by November 1st.&nbsp; We need this information for scheduling and logistics. But once we get 100 mowers we will not be scheduling further, even if that occurs before November 1st.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I requested a pickup.&nbsp; When will you be coming?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will contact you to confirm your pickup, we will be there on Friday, November 14, between 4:00 and 9:30 PM.&nbsp; Please be patient if we have not come yet.&nbsp; Our students and volunteers are working hard to get to all the houses in an efficient manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I request a specific time for my pickup?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Due to logistics, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a specific pickup time.&nbsp; However, we can pick up your mower even if you are not at home.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I requested a pickup but no one contacted me.&nbsp; What should I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will contact to confirm your pickup by the evening of Tuesday, November 11.&nbsp; If no one has called you by this time, please use our <a href=\"https:\/\/thecatattack.org\/?page_id=1812\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1812\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">Contact Us Form<\/mark><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will you return my lawn mower?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will deliver lawn mowers on Sunday, November 16, late morning or early afternoon.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I will not be home when you come to pick up or deliver my lawn mower?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please leave the lawn mower in a location, such as behind the house or next to the garage, where we can find it.\u00a0 Please detach all of the mower accessories like bags from the mower.  Also, for electric please remove the battery.
