Riding mowers are too large for our students to process safely.<\/strong> <strong>We can sharpen the blades for $5 each though<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you service snowblowers, reel mowers, edgers, leaf blowers, etc?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No, we only service push lawnmowers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you service autonomous\/robotic mowers?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No, despite being a robotics team, we do not have enough experience with autonomous mowers to safely service them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I drop my mower off myself?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yes, this year we are re-introducing drop-offs (for pre-registered customers) at Southview on Saturday November 14. Pick ups will be the next day, Sunday November 15. As part of the signup process you can pick the drop-off and pick up times that work best for you. Please pre-register so we know to expect you.<\/strong> <strong>Southview&#8217;s address is <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffab1f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">7225 W. If you know your mower does not work, please let us know when you register.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I have an old lawn mower that I do not need.&nbsp; Can I donate it to the team?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No, we cannot accept it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the deadline for requesting a pickup?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will only be accepting the first 150 mowers due to space and personnel limitations. Please fill out the registration form by November 1st as we need this information for scheduling and logistics. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I requested a pickup.&nbsp; When will you be coming?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will contact you to confirm your pickup, we will be there on Friday November 13, between approximately 4:00 and 9:30 PM.&nbsp; Please be patient if we have not come yet.&nbsp; Our students and volunteers are working hard to get to all the houses in an efficient manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I request a specific time for my pickup?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Due to logistics, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a specific pickup time.&nbsp; However, we can pick up your mower even if you are not at home.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I requested a pickup but no one contacted me.&nbsp; What should I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will contact to confirm your pickup by the evening of Tuesday, November 10.&nbsp; If no one has called you by this time, please use our <a href=\"https:\/\/thecatattack.org\/?page_id=1812\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1812\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">Contact Us Form<\/mark><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will you return my lawn mower?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will deliver lawn mowers on Sunday, November 15, late morning or early afternoon.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I will not be home when you come to pick up or deliver my lawn mower?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please leave the lawn mower in a location, such as behind the house or next to the garage, where we can find it.&nbsp; Please detach all of the mower accessories like bags from the mower. Their business model is to add an optional percentage to your purchase price, which can be lowered or removed entirely without penalty if you need to save a few bucks. It serves over 100k organizations in the U.S. and has worked well for our team.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The benefit for us is there is no fee charged to the team, so your $100 donation really means $100 that we can buy robot parts with!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:24px\">Can you walk me through your new Checkout Process?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Written out, this looks more complicated than it actually is in practice. But if you have questions hopefully this helps!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For &#8220;Mower Service&#8221;: click whether you want Gas or Electric Mower service, then select the Quantity (1 for each mower). Enter your mower Description(s), then click &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For &#8220;Air Filter Replacement&#8221;: pick what style you want (see this <a href=\"https:\/\/thecatattack.org\/?page_id=1206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">Filters Offered<\/mark><\/a> page for more detail), select the Quantity (typically 1 if you&#8217;re replacing the filter on 1 mower), then click &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For &#8220;Sharpening of Extra Blades&#8221;: select the Quantity, then click &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221;. Note that this is for EXTRA blades, the ones on your mower already are included in the general Mower Service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Next you will select whether the Team is picking up your mower at home, or you&#8217;re dropping it off at the school.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For &#8220;Home Pickup and Delivery&#8221;: you must have an address within the Sylvania School District. Select Quantity (1 per mower, so 2 if you have 2 mowers being serviced), then click &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For &#8220;Self Drop off and Pick Up at Southview&#8221;: Select Quantity (1 per mower). Then you select your Drop-off time slot and Pick up time slot (this allows us to better prepare for when customers will be arriving). Lastly click &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The last box on this first page is for optional donations to the team. It&#8217;s not required, but we really do appreciate it!!<\/strong> <strong>&lt;3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The next page starts by asking for your phone number (so we can contact you).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Below that is a blank box for any notes or messages you need to add regarding your mower (for example if you know the mower does not run, please let us know!)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><s><strong>The &#8220;Pick-Up Address&#8221; is for Southview High School. This is displayed regardless of whether you picked Home Pickup or Self Dropoff.<\/strong> <\/s><strong> 10\/15\/26: This has since been removed to eliminate confusion. Your home address is captured during the checkout<\/strong> <strong>process.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;Summary&#8221; shows your selected services and the total cost. Below the items is the Zeffy optional percentage, which you can set to &#8220;other&#8221; and pick any amount (including $0) that you want.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment Methods: You can pay by Card, Bank account, or Check (select Check for Cash payment). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Checks made out to: EXPLORER POST 6201<br>For cash payments, please provide exact change if possible.
